Director of Mission Care
Cassia Simms
Cassia believes strongly that her purpose is to support others in walking fully in theirs, and she brings that conviction into every partnership. With over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, she understands both the heart and operational realities of mission-driven organizations and has led statewide initiatives from concept through full implementation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Birth–Kindergarten Teaching Leadership and is completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a certified Golf Tournament Consultant through the Golf Tournament Association of America, she brings strategic expertise and hands-on experience to execute high-impact fundraising events.

Melanie B. Ajolo
Melanie helps cultivate meaningful relationships that strengthen the people behind every mission. Through years of serving mission-driven organizations, she has seen firsthand the importance of caring for the people who make the mission possible.
With a background in Education and the Mortgage Industry, she brings strengths in organization, collaboration, and relationship building. As Director of Mission Together, she helps create spaces where volunteers, nonprofit teams, ministry leaders, supporters, and communities can connect, be encouraged, and build relationships that sustain meaningful work.
