Our Story
Meet the Co-Founders
Cassia believes strongly that her purpose is to support others in walking fully in theirs, and she brings that conviction into every partnership. With over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, she understands both the heart and operational realities of mission-driven organizations and has led statewide initiatives from concept through full implementation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Birth–Kindergarten Teaching Leadership and is completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a certified Golf Tournament Consultant through the Golf Tournament Association of America, she brings strategic expertise and hands-on experience to execute high-impact fundraising events.

Melanie is passionate about helping organizations cultivate meaningful community support for their missions. With several years of hands-on experience supporting fundraising events and initiatives, she has developed an understanding and deep appreciation of the dedication required to sustain organizations and the challenges of sustaining it.
With a background in Education and the Mortgage Industry, and as a certified Golf Tournament Consultant through the Golf Tournament Association of America, she brings a unique blend of team development, strategic planning, and relationship-building to every organization she serves.
Through Cultivate Overflow, Melanie leads the vision for Mission Community Connection- helping organizations design events that not only generate support but also strengthen the lasting relationships that sustain their work for years to come.
