For more than 20 years, Cultivate Overflow Cofounder Cassia served nonprofit organizations, supporting children and their families. She loved the mission and the people she served.
Without realizing it, her passion was slowly giving way to exhaustion.

One day, Cassia found herself standing in the middle of Walmart crying. The weight of years spent pouring into others had caught up with her.
